I have read and specifically accept that the setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun, and that a cancelled subscription is not refunded for the current period (Sections 6.2 and 6.6).

The one-time setup fee is not refunded once we have started the build work (Section 6.2). If you cancel, the change takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded (Section 6.6). Right of withdrawal (consumers)

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, tell DTCONCIERGE S.R.L. (Mun. Sibiu, Aleea Călărașilor nr. 5, bl. G, ap. 54, jud. Sibiu, Romania, service@dentalpolyglot.com) of your decision by a clear statement, for example a letter or an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. But if you asked us to begin the Service during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for what was provided up to the point you told us you were withdrawing.

I expressly request that DentalPolyglot begin providing the Service now, during the 14-day withdrawal period, rather than waiting for it to end.I acknowledge that once performance has begun at my request I lose my right of withdrawal as the Service is supplied, and that I lose it entirely once the setup work is fully performed. If I withdraw after performance has begun at my request, I will pay a proportionate amount for what was provided up to then.
