I have read and specifically accept that the setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun, that a cancelled subscription is not refunded for the current period (Refund and Cancellation Policy, Sections 3 and 5), and that a setup fee waived under founder pricing becomes payable if I cancel within the first six months of the subscription.

If you cancel, the change takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded (Refund and Cancellation Policy Section 5). This is without prejudice to any right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer. If your setup fee was waived under founder pricing, it becomes payable at your plan's list price if you cancel within the first six months of the subscription; after that it stays waived.
