From sign-up to a booked visit, without language barriers

Nine steps, two phases. Your site is built from the website you already have, or one of our designs, then the software runs every day: patients find you, write to you, and book.

Phase one · Getting live

International patients are closer than ever

Your current website stays put. The multilingual site is built next to it, from your content or one of our designs, and nothing goes public before you sign it off.

01Step

Sign up. One form, then payment.

Pick a plan and fill in your clinic's details: name, current website, contact person, the language you write in, and the languages your patients speak. Payment is by card through Stripe.

No content to upload, no copy to write. Your current website is the source.

You · about 10 minDay 1
Plans: Start covers 2 patient languages and 25 pages. Expand covers 5 languages and 50 pages. Establish covers your whole site with every monthly add-on included.
02Step

Paste your website address. The build runs while you watch.

After payment, one field: your clinic's URL. The software reads your site page by page, extracts treatments, prices, team, photos, logo, colours and fonts, rebuilds your pages, and translates everything into the languages you chose.

A few minutes later you see the built site next to an editor. Fix what looks off and press "Publish for review".

No website yet? Pick one of ten ready-made designs instead, or fill in the details by hand. The rest of the process is the same.
03Step

We check it before anything goes live.

Publishing for review shows the site to us, not the public. We read the build and the translations, polish anything that needs it, and send it back for you to review, with dental terms checked against a glossary and prices in euros.

On Start we review the whole site before launch. On Expand and Establish, every language, line by line.

We · polish, then it's yours to reviewSoftware · glossary lintDays 1 to 2
04Step

You accept it, and it goes live.

When our review is done, you preview the site and accept it or request changes. Changes open a thread with us; we revise and hand it back, as often as needed.

Accepting publishes the site at your-clinic.dentalpolyglot.com, one address per language. Your own domain connects later with a single DNS record.

Changes before acceptance are unlimited and do not count against your monthly managed edits.
Phase two · Every day after

They write in theirs, you reply in yours

Five things happen between a patient's first search and the day they arrive. Each is translated both ways and lands in one dashboard.

05Step

Patients find you.

A German patient searches in German. Your /de pages are indexed as German pages and appear for German searches. The same holds for every language you enabled.

They land on a page fully in German, prices in euros, with a form and a chat that understand them.

06Step

The inquiry lands in your inbox, already in Romanian.

Form, chat, or WhatsApp: the message arrives in your Leads inbox in your language, with the original underneath. You reply in Romanian. The patient reads it in German, by email, no account needed.

The whole thread stays translated both ways.

Expand and Establish: inquiries are sorted into treatment, pricing, logistics, and general, and an AI receptionist answers common questions on your pages, from your own content.
07Step

Send a treatment plan they can read and act on.

Paste your plan or upload the PDF you already write. It is translated, priced in euros, and laid out on your letterhead. The patient opens a page in your clinic's colours and accepts, requests changes, or declines.

You see when it is opened and when it is answered.

You · paste the planSoftware · translate, PDF, sendPatient · accepts
Expand and Establish: the plan's intro, closing, and disclaimer are editable per language, and the email carries your name and role.
08Step

Dates, reminders, and the follow-up, all handled.

The patient picks a start date on a calendar that knows your closed and full days, with up to two backup windows. You confirm or counter, and both of you get an invite. Reminders go out a week before and the day before, and a follow-up the day after treatment.

Appointments, chairs and working hours live in the same calendar.

09Step

Keep it current without touching a translation.

Change a price or a photo in the editor and every language updates. Or send the change to us: each tier includes managed edits per month with a reply window we commit to. Analytics show inquiries, plans, and reply time.

Who does what

Three parties, no overlap.

Most of the confusion about a product like this is about who has to do the work. Here is the split, in full.

The clinic
You
  • Sign up and paste your website address.
  • Accept the build, or ask for changes.
  • Reply to patients in your own language.
  • Paste treatment plans the way you already write them.
  • Confirm visit dates against your calendar.
  • The dentistry. Always yours.
DentalPolyglot
We
  • Check the build and hand it to you for sign-off.
  • Review every translation before launch, and every language line by line on Expand and Establish.
  • Make managed edits when you send them.
  • Answer support within the tier's reply window.
  • We never coordinate travel, hold patient money, or speak for your clinic.
The software
Runs every day
  • Builds the site from your existing one, in your look, in minutes.
  • Translates both ways, inquiry and reply, plan and response.
  • Indexes each language for its own search market.
  • Sends plans, invites, reminders, and the follow-up, on time.
  • Sorts inquiries and answers common questions on your pages.
  • Republishes every language when you change one thing.

You never write in a language you do not speak. The patient never reads one they do not understand. Everything in between is the product.

Worth being clear about

What this is not.

Not a replacement for your website

Your current site stays exactly where it is, on your domain. The multilingual site sits next to it and links back.

Not a travel agency or a marketplace

We do not arrange flights, hotels, or transfers, and we do not list you against other clinics. Patients who want that help are introduced to Dental Travel Concierge, a separate company, at their own cost.

Not a translation plugin

A plugin translates words on a page. This is the pages, the inbox, the plan, the calendar, and the reminders, with a person reviewing the text before launch.
