1. Our approach
We use no advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, and no analytics cookies. Analytics on this site and on clinic sites we host are cookieless (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). Because the only cookies we set are strictly necessary, no consent banner is required and none is shown.
2. Measurement and diagnostics (no cookies)
We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and store no identifiers in your browser. We monitor errors with Sentry to keep the service reliable; Sentry sets no cookies, we do not enable session replay, and personal data is removed before any error report is sent. None of these store or read information on your device, so none of them require consent.
3. Cookies we set
- dp_session: keeps you signed in to the clinic dashboard. Duration: 7 days.
- dp_demo: identifies the read-only public demo session. Duration: 3 hours.
Both are strictly necessary, HttpOnly, and not used for tracking.
4. Local storage
The dashboard stores small preferences on your device (such as the timestamp of the last notifications you saw). These never leave your browser.
5. Third-party cookies during checkout
If you subscribe, payment runs on Stripe's checkout pages, where Stripe sets its own cookies under its own policy. We set no cookies there.
6. Clinic sites
Sites we host for clinics follow the same model: strictly necessary cookies only and cookieless analytics. If a clinic adds its own tools to its site, that clinic is responsible for any consent they require.
