Custom locale outside the standard library
Polish, Russian, Hungarian, Czech, Finnish, the rest. Latin-script LTR languages added on request through the standard translation pipeline. RTL (Arabic, Hebrew) and CJK (Mandarin, Japanese) are scheduled for v1.1.
